3. Video Proof Requirement

To claim a free replacement for a damaged, defective, or missing item, an unboxing video is strictly required:

  • Requests without a proper unboxing video proof will not be eligible for a replacement.

4. Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
