6. Open Parcel Before Payment (Parcel Inspection)

  • Check Before You Pay: For complete peace of mind, you can open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier rider before making the payment.

  • 100% Satisfaction: Pay the Cash on Delivery amount only after you verify and are fully satisfied with your items.

  • Immediate Returns: If the parcel is damaged, wrong, or missing items, you can refuse to accept it on the spot and notify our support team immediately.

7. Damaged or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed beyond 5 working days or arrives damaged, please reach out to us with your Order Number and details:
